Computer Workstation Access

Do you ever have to climb on or under your desk, or reach across behind other equipment to access your computer power supply? This might occur when coming to or from the workplace on a Remote Working Arrangement (RWA), moving desk or office location, hot spotting (desk sharing) or returning to campus after a period of leave. Looking after our own health and wellbeing is more important than ever.To help with this, Down Dog is offering staff and students at educational facilities around the world free access to Yoga, Meditation, HIIT, Barre and Prenatal Yoga.

WHS facilitate weekly lunchtime meditation sessions for JCU staff.  Join us for half an hour of stillness and peace in your workday. Slow the mind and relax the body as you follow a guided meditation practice among like-minded colleagues. The majority of the meditation practices are based around mindfulness including breath work and body scans, and are suitable for beginners. Meditation session details are below. Regular communication for those interested in attending is through the .  You may wish to bring a towel or mat for added comfort.
