Tenders at JCU

JCU utilises the TenderLink e-Tendering portal for most tenders issued by the Strategic Procurement Group other low value, low risk RFQs, RFPs and RFTs may use the JCU tenders mailbox tenders@jcu.edu.au to issue and receive tenders.

To use the TenderLink system to access our tender documents suppliers must first be registered with TenderLink. To register, visit our e-Tendering portal and click the Registration button (near the top of the page).

During the registration process you will be requested to provide contact details including a generic non person related email address; this email address will be used to notify your organisation of available tenders.

There is no charge to register and download our tender documents.

Problems accessing the portal?

If you have any technical problems using the portal, contact TenderLink support:

If you have misplaced your password, enter your email address on the e-Tendering Portal and click the "Forgot your Password" link to send a reminder email.
